Jamie Klein is a struggling lesbian actress willing to try almost anything for a role. Even dressing up femme for auditions she continually faces rejection as she fails to be a typical leading lady. Desperation takes her to accept a male part and pretend to be a man in front of the entire film crew, which includes Jill, a sexy yet straight woman.
